Burch Farms Beef

Starting this week, we will start to introduce the products that will be in the market as well as the families and small businesses that produce them!

Starting first is Burch Farms beef. Burch Farms is a generational beef farm that raises Angus, Hereford, and crossbred cattle. The Burch family prides themselves on their multigenerational herd as well as their passion for cattle and ensuring the best lives possible for their cattle.

Burch Farms has 3 herds of cattle that have been on the farm for years. These cows raise their calves in groups and are free to roam throughout the pasture as they please. The cattle are fed a ration of hay grown on the farm, grass from the pasture, and potato chip rejects straight from the Route 11 Potato Chip facility! These cattle are monitored daily and are cared for to ensure they are always full, happy, and healthy.

Starting in April, Corner Market Farm to Table will stock beef from Burch Farms. The beef will be processed by Gore’s Meats, a local meat processing facility that is located here in Shenandoah County.
