Harvue Cheese

The next vendor we would like to highlight is Harvue Dairy! Harvue Dairy produces high quality local cheese on their family owned dairy farm.

The farm was established in 1949 by the Hardesty family and is now ran by the 5th generation of farmers running the farm. The farm currently milks 350 Holstein cattle and is located on 650 acres of land.

The Harvue Cheese family is dedicated to the welfare of their animals which is shown through their high quality products they produce! The cheeses offered by Harvue include mild cheddar, garlic and chive cheddar, tomato peppercorn cheddar and horseradish cheddar to name a few.

We are looking forwards to bringing Harvue Cheese to the Quicksburg area and we are excited to be partnering with this awesome family farm!
